GENERAL QUESTIONS

Could you assist with making travel arrangements?

We'll suggest airports for your trip, but you're responsible for booking. Ensure you know our courtesy transfer locations before booking flights. Medfeel won't cover private transfers from airports/cities other than those specified.

Where and when will you pick me up when I arrive?

Our team will provide your pickup details. Generally, pickups are around 10/11 a.m. in the specified city on the first day of your trip with Medfeel.

Should I tip your staff?

Many guests ask about tipping our staff. We recommend recognizing exceptional service if you feel the team has gone above and beyond. Typically, 10-20% of the trip cost is considered appropriate. Tips are evenly distributed among the staff, much like a professional race team shares a winning prize. Often, it's the behind-the-scenes efforts that make each week a success.

BOOKING THE TRIP QUESTIONS

What if I have to cancel my trip?

If you need to cancel your trip, please call us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. However, our official cancellation policy, outlined below, protects Medfeel from costs incurred before departure, such as third-party bookings and staffing. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Balances are due 120 days before departure and follow this cancellation policy: 105 to 90 days before departure: You’ll receive a full credit of your balance (excluding the deposit) for a future trip, valid for two years. 90 to 75 days before departure: A 50% credit of your balance (excluding the deposit) will be issued for a future trip, valid for two years. Less than 75 days before departure: No credit will be applied. We highly recommend travel insurance. Please note that credits can only be applied to a new balance, not a deposit. A new deposit is required for each booking, and credits expire two years after the original travel date. Credits may only be applied once.

Do I need travel insurance?

While we can’t require it, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your peace of mind. If you need a recommendation, we can provide one upon request. This is the best way to protect your investment and ensure that if life disrupts your Medfeel adventure, you’ll be covered. Please note that events like family emergencies, illness, injuries, or work conflicts cannot be covered by Medfeel, as we cannot recover costs from late cancellations.

What is the deposit amount, and when is the remaining balance due?

The deposit for most trips is 25% per person and is non-refundable and non-transferable. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to your card 120 days before your trip begins.

What currency are the trip prices in?

All prices are quoted in Euros (€)

How far in advance should I book?

To secure the best accommodations, we recommend booking as early as possible.

What about visas?

We recommend ensuring you have the necessary visas for the countries you're visiting. Please be aware of new visa regulations coming into effect. Starting in 2025, many travelers will need an ETIAS to visit the following 30 countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland. For more information, click here. (https://travel-europe.europa.eu/etias_en) The ETIAS travel authorization is required for visa-exempt nationals traveling to these European countries. It is linked to your passport and is valid for up to three years or until your passport expires, whichever comes first. If you get a new passport, you'll need to obtain a new ETIAS authorization.
